You won't be able to stop at 110.
Go to the eating disorder therapist asap.
If you don't want to, you could probably go down to 135 with this diet, then start eating a bit more each week. You will still be losing weight so you will feel good, but you won't go under 110.

NO, you will not be able to stop. 110 is not average for 5'6" because I'm 5'1" and I feel like 110 is took big for me. You can be ready, yes but I'm not sure WHEN you'll be ready. You shouldn't like the track you're on because if you keep going on like you are, you WILL end up in the hospital yet again. It's not healthy at all. The chances you wanting to stop at 110 are very very low..you have Anorexia and it's not common at all to find yourself to all of a sudden be better. Don't give up though on trying to get better. Get as much help as you can and tell yourself that you are beautiful because you are. Think about how much you've lost, that's amazing but trying to get down to 110 is kind of ridiculous at your height…
