What is the best diet plan for a college student with a limited budget for food?I was looking into the okinawa diet, the warrior diet, v-diet ect. I am a college student and i can cook my own meals but i have a budget of about 30 dollars a week for food. Can anyone reccommend the best diet plan for this, and also give some examples of what to buy at the grocery store? also just fyi, im 6'5" 230 pounds with about 12 percent body fat and work out 6 days a week on average an hour a day.

Eat below your calorie range at first if you have top fat cardio then build the muscle then eat within your calorie range to maintain your weigh you actually don’t even have to eat health when doing like this but your not going to eat much if you don’t eat healthy half gallon drink water seven days 3 morning 2 in the afternoon and 3 in the evening and do a colon cleans to jump start your weigh loss and eat mufas things such as peanuts, olives and canola oil what Ive learned hope that helped
uhhhhhh! nothing ever works 4 me im 13 and wiegh 125 lbs! i hope this really works. P.S congrats!
The best exercise to help tone the love handles are side bends. These place direct stress on the external oblique muscles forcing them to tone and shape up. Side bends are done by standing straight with knees slightly bent and feet apart, then slowly lower the trunk a few inches to the left side then back again to do the right side. Try to keep the body and legs in line by not bending forwards or backwards.
Another great exercise to lose love handles is torso twists. The abdominals are composed of 3 layers of muscles which slide over each other, torso twists help tone the transverse abdominis muscle tightening the love handles. While standing firmly with feet shoulder width apart, the torso twists gently to the left side then to the right while at the same time trying to limit the movement from the hips. During the movements the torso should always remain upright, there should be no bending involved. Care should also be taken not to twist too far as its easy to pull a muscle when exercising the love handles!
That would be a very hard diet to maintain and you will most likely gain the weight back soon afterwards. You should really focus more on eating healthy, rather than dieting. A life style change will produce long lasting results.
Careful with strict diets, too hard to follow. Rather use guidelines. Like eat little to no starchy foods, bread, pasta, grains of any kind. Stick mostly to meat and vegetables. No sugar, except the natural sugar found in fruit. ABSOLUTELY no soda, even diet, which is worse. Fruit juice is bad too, mostly sugar.
And lastly cardio, cardio, cardio. Then periodically lift weights.
Simple tip: Cardio burns alot of fat when you do the cardio exercise. Lifting weights burns fat slowly all day long, even when you sleep.
i dont diet i walk ocasionaly but what helped me lose weight is drinking 8 classes of water and sleep IT REALLY HELPS!!

"Also I have a bit of acne on my face. Will exercising and eating like that help clear it up?"
Yes, think of it this way, instead of eating chips & soda, you'd be eating fruits & vegetables & drinking water… which has very little oil compared to junk food.
Specifically, sweating will open your pours up and you can wipe away all the oil pretty much. What you want to do after you sweat is rince your face with cold water.
"When will I see results? And is it possible to lose a bit of love handles/stomach/arm fat in about less than 3 months?"
You'll probably see results after a week, but your starting from square one, so it will take your body some time to get into shape but if you eat right & watch your calories, the lbs will be shedding off.
"What machines should I do? And how long about? (How do I keep myself from getting bored=( lol)"
I too have workout ADHD, so this is what id recommend:
Cardio workout for the out of shape:
Day 1: 10 minutes of treadmill, elliptical, and stationary bicycle. (30 mins total)
Day 2: 15 minutes of treadmill and elliptical. (30 mins total)
Day 3: 10 minutes of treadmill, elliptical, stationary bike & just 5 minutes of stair stepper. (35 mins total)
Day 4: 15 minutes of treadmill, elliptical, and stationary bike (45 minutes total)
Day 5: 15 minutes of treadmill, elliptical, stationary bike, then 5 minutes of the stair stepper with an additional 5 minutes of jumping rope. (50 mins total)
As you begin to get more fit, more confident in your physical health, you can begin to increase your total workouts by 5 minutes and the intensity by an extra level.
Good luck! You can make those other b*tches jealous if you stay motivated.

If you are really heavy ; i would not recommend running as that would damage your ankles, feet and joints.
Walking is the best bet to begin with followed by a sensible diet of course.
Simply include more fruits , vegetables and fibre. Another? trick is to consume plenty of clean drinking water and some vitamins.
This all will allow you to loose weight naturally and fast with no yo-yo dieting effect.
Supplement your diet with some weight loss supplements and you will loose more.
