@TonyParamatti If you have such a problem with fit women why did you watch the video? It's not for us men to judge what a woman should do. All Humans are equal and if you can't see that then perhaps you souldn't be sharing your thoughts. Your thinking is unhealthy.

OK honey, that's a long question. And to do it justice, a long answer. U do deserve a star though, since it's really valid. Do u mind chatting with me about this tomorrow? That could clear it up step by step. (By the way, I'm not a guy as many non Muslim users seem to think).

Got to get offline now. It's really late at night here. Will answer ur question tomorrow, Inshallah.

EDIT: Righto, I'm back with ur answer! So, here goes.

1) Hijab:
Men and women r both required to lower their gaze. Men more than women, since they’re the ones who usually have stronger desires. Women should lower their gazes too, but they r allowed to look at men in some cases. On the day of Eid, Muhammad (P.B.U.H) covered his wife, Ayesha (R.A) with His own cloak as she watched Nigerians play war games to entertain. However, men are not allowed to look at women playing games or unless there is a real need.

As for the abaya, actually nowdays, many Muslim ladies r deprived of their morals. They would go out half naked in mini skirts or bikinis if they had the choice, just like many non Muslim ones. The governments of several regions had to take the step of making the abaya compulsory for ladies, just to ensure the moral safety of the people. It doesn’t feel like a burden to ladies who want to cover up, but u can find many of the others whining that they don’t get their rights. If those governments would allow ladies to wear whatever they like, as long as it’s not immoral, they would wear bikinis and still consider it virtuous.
So, the government doesn’t define for them what kinds of dresses they should wear, and what they shouldn’t. Instead, it allows them to wear whatever they like---as long as they wear an abaya in public.

Actually, it’s not just a rule for an individual, but it’s something that affects the society. Muslim women r required by Islam to wear dresses which r loose (as opposite to tight fitting ones), and cover up as much as possible in front of non mahrams and homosexual women.

And I don’t see why some Muslim ladies don’t like wearing the veil on their faces. ‘cause a woman’s face is her main beauty, and it has been proven by hadiths that women used to wear it in Muhammad (P.B.U.H)’s time. Anybody who falls in love with a lady, usually does so for her facial beauty first, and then her fair and figure. A woman who just wears her normal clothes in public without covering her hair and face is still, u must admit, one who attracts looks from men. It’s not as if a woman who goes about in her normal dress (which she wears at home) won’t be attractive at all. That is forbidden. She must not be a source of lustful looks at all, as much as can be avoided.
U know, women go about wearing make up on their faces with the head scarf. It always seems like a double standard, since the Quran forbids ladies from displaying their beauty in public. This specially goes for those women who love wearing see through gowns or decorated ones. It’s OK to wear clothes which don’t make her body prominent in public and wear a scarf and face cover with it.

2)Drawing:
As for drawing living beings, it’s forbidden. Actually, this is the gateway to idol worship. U know how idol worship first began?
It first began after Adam (A.S)'s death. Some great person died. The mourners made statues to keep him alive in the people's heart. They revered him excessively, and a time came when they began to pray to his statue in times of difficulty. And that was the beginning of it.
Even in Muhammad (P.B.U.H)'s time, the Quraysh worshipped idols of famous people who died like Manat, Hubal, Lat, etc.
Chrisrians makes portraits of Jesus (A.S) and worship him.

Now u must have noticed how people salute idols like the statue of liberty, bow to it, and rever it excessively. Such things lead people to think of the revered ones as those who can be prayed to, or depended upon. And that leads to attributing Allah’s properties to the idols. This is strictly forbidden. Anything which may lead to idol worship has strictly been prohibited.
Just look at the shaia’as. This is a sect which calls itself a Muslim. They have exalted some of the family members of Muhammad (P.B.U.H) above everybody else. They draw their faces, although they don’t know how they looked. Just their imagination . http://www.imamali.8m.com/gallery/...
They call it their ‘respect’ towards them. Now, they have began adding their names in their prayers. They visit their graves. They claim that if u pray to God through these revered people, then only will their prayers be accepted. So, they’re well on their way to idol worship.

But note that it’s permitted for children to have their cartoons, or dolls or whatever, as Ayesha (R.A) also had them. And Muhammad (P.B.U.H) never forbade it. It’s hardly likely that people will ever begin to worship kids’ toys.
It’s perfectly OK if u draw pictures of non living things.

3)Music:
First of all, it’s not haram to listen to the duff (a tambourine without bells), and has been recommended by Islam on special occasions. Neither is singing, as long as it doesn’t contain any obscene language, immoral concepts or irreligious ones.

Generally speaking, music is deemed to be har'am due to its effects on a person’s soul and the possible effects on morals. It is also very addictive and can lead to a person indulging in vain things (like illegal dancing with members of the opposite sex and illegal sex). It actually effects the subconscious mind, so you're unaware of how it is affecting you.

Music sows hypocrisy in the heart like water causes seeds to grow inside soil. It's simply going to damage ur sincere relationships. U must have seen in the newspapers how these popular musical celebrities keep having troubles with their relations (families, friends, spouses). These r the people with the highest divorce rates, tell lies all the time and have no morals. So music can never be passed as lawful on the basis of Shariah. It's the voice of Satan.

I can tell u from personal experience that it makes the Quranic recitation boring and troublesome for u. I have memorized the Quran, but when I got into bad company and began listening to music, I also neglected the Quran, since I never felt like reading it. Made me forget some of the parts. Thanks God, I realized that soon, and repented.

4) Dancing:
After all this, u can very well understand why that has to be haram. It’s done with music and dancing with members of the opposite sex, which itself destroys the purpose of hijab and modesty.
However, nowhere does it say that girls can’t dance among other girls, and boys among boys. It’s OK, as long as there is no objectionable activity involved. They can dance to the duff (tambourine without bells).

5) Sexual orientation:
It's not a choice. Allah has just created us as males and females.
This stuff is all the imagination of contorted minds. They make/force themselves to have subnormal attractions . Like if u tell a lie several times, u begin to feel urself that it's true. These perverts keep thinking filth all the time and their imaginations come up with the most repulsive theories. If u want to see how far people can go with sexual orientations, check this out:
http://www.psychologistanywhereanytime.c...

There are people who are attracted to children, statues, trees (as in chlorophilia) etc.
All this stuff is unacceptable and unnatural. Who knows the reality of sexual orientation more than God Almighty, who created it all? And He doesn’t approve of it, so it’s unnatural.
It’s just ‘cause these people watch obscene stuff and engross their imaginations with these kinds of thoughts.
Have u noticed that homosexuality and other unnatural stuff is in fashion nowdays, and since it’s beginning to be accepted, it’s growing. More and more people come up, claiming to have weird orientations. Before, when it wasn’t really considered an option by the society, there were a very few people who practiced this sort of stuff secretly.
