Eat Every Other Day Diet Weight Loss Diet Plan?
It is funny how I have often thought of this myself on many occasions, what if I could just fast every other day and then eat normally every other day? You see, my biggest bugaboo with diets are the fact that you have to radically change the way you love to eat to a way you absolutely hate to eat. So you tolerate this new hateful way of eating because you are losing weight.
The truth is that even if you can gut it out until you have achieved your weight goals, what then? Keep eating this rotten hateful way the rest of your life? I think not. So there you go sliding back to your old fat self—sigh! This is definitely not a good lose weight diet plan. A good lose weight diet plan would some how let you eat the way you love and still you’d lose weight. That is why I was thinking of an eat every other day diet, lose weight diet plan!
It sounded good until I Tried it. Wow, it is hard to fast every other day. Then I ran across the Eat-Stop-Diet that just had me fasting for two 24 hour periods a week. That was better until I went back to work. Then that didn’t work either–hello old fat self. I needed to rethink my lose weight diet plan.

Yes, I still had to work at it, exercise and stay committed and all that stuff, but all that stuff was much easier on the EODD lose weight diet plan. Help answer the question about weight diet
What is the cheapest and fastest weight loss diet?I have my own exercise program but I would like to add a diet to it. Please do not give me any lectures about the importance of slow weight loss and proper nutrition. I simply want a quick fad diet that is cheap. Thank you!

@JxT1957 Studies have been done on meal frequency and it doesn’t change anything as long as total calories are the same.
You have the right idea by eating a low carb diet, but you should not go to the extreme of all fruit, or all whatever. If you don't eat everyday, your metabolism will slow down and you will actually stop losing after the first boost. If you have lost 60 lbs in 3 months, keep doing the same thing. It is working for you. Just be sure to get a few carbs from veggies and take multiple vitamins so your immune system won't get weak. Good luck! By the way are you under the care of a doctor? It would be a good idea and "cleansing" is not a good way to go. Ask your doctor about it.
You do not need to loose weight! If you really want to though then this is a great plan. Green tea helped me loose weight fast and eating bunch of small meals is great for your metabolism. Don't get greedy though! Once you loose the weight don't keep trying to loose more because you will either just binge eat with frustration or get into and eating disorder which will eventually results in GAINING WEIGHT! Beleiveee meee. Been there done that

137 pounds according to the bmi is a normal weight for someone your height and if you were to go down to 110 you would be underweight

Your diet sounds good, just make sure you stay away from cokes. If you choose diet coke, make sure its only once or twice a week at the most. If you are hungry, then eat. thats the most important part. Your a wise girl though, so you know to just eat a portion and not the whole loaf of bread lol. Drink more water as well, this helps a lot. If you are already doing that on the treadmill, id change it to a walk/jog. Jog till your tired, walk a bit, then jog again off and on like that. burn a lot more calories that way. Since you are at a very low body weight already, its going to take a lot more to burn calories. Doing the jog/walk thing will burn about 500 an hour.

The Paleo diet is the ONLY diet. My allergies have all but vanished, my health improved, my energy increased, it even brought my hypoglycemia under control. Oh, and during the first year of eating strictly Paleo, I lost 60 pounds. . . without exercising. No effort, my body shed the pounds and one year later I have kept them off.
It’s one thing to live healthy, and another thing to look good. It’s more complicated than that. Even tho he’s right about SOME of the things, he still doesn’t know what the hell is he talking about. Go ask few questions in a bodybuilding forum about metabolism and muscle recovery – you are going to get ROFL’d, cause it’s something that you have to know as a child knows his name.
There are several methods I’m sure. Perhaps some supplements work, most don’t, clinics, trainers, exercise.. blah blah… As someone who has lost weight and kept it off… EAT RIGHT, DRINK WATER CONSTANTLY, GET REST, EXERCISE MORE!!! The inches will fall off, if not, then #1 your eating wrong. Sugars, fats, candy and ice Cream.. FAIL!!!
@lookingtotomorrow buy 1.5 litre-bottles of water. Drink at least one daily. Start any dynamic sport you like ( tennis, soccer, basketball etc) and combine it with working out in a gym. e.g. Also stop eating junk food, but eat any normal food you enjoy, just in smaller portions. Start ENJOYING those changes as your new way of life. Live it in the now or else its pointless.
Take it as your way of life, not just some means to an end.
