@operationcwaI789789 How about getting off your ass and excercise?
Xenical. It is a pill that, when taken with meals, prevents your body from absorbing fat.
My aunty and an old professor of mine both used it. The results were amazing.
The energy you expended doing this search would have been much more effective if you had expended the same amount of time exercising.
@JxT1957 Studies have been done on meal frequency and it doesn’t change anything as long as total calories are the same.
It’s one thing to live healthy, and another thing to look good. It’s more complicated than that. Even tho he’s right about SOME of the things, he still doesn’t know what the hell is he talking about. Go ask few questions in a bodybuilding forum about metabolism and muscle recovery – you are going to get ROFL’d, cause it’s something that you have to know as a child knows his name.
@lookingtotomorrow buy 1.5 litre-bottles of water. Drink at least one daily. Start any dynamic sport you like ( tennis, soccer, basketball etc) and combine it with working out in a gym. e.g. Also stop eating junk food, but eat any normal food you enjoy, just in smaller portions. Start ENJOYING those changes as your new way of life. Live it in the now or else its pointless.
Take it as your way of life, not just some means to an end.
i have no money that i can use on lkosing weight but i need to lose weight and i have about 7 weeks and im desperate someone help
There are several methods I’m sure. Perhaps some supplements work, most don’t, clinics, trainers, exercise.. blah blah… As someone who has lost weight and kept it off… EAT RIGHT, DRINK WATER CONSTANTLY, GET REST, EXERCISE MORE!!! The inches will fall off, if not, then #1 your eating wrong. Sugars, fats, candy and ice Cream.. FAIL!!!
I'm not sure if they're 100% tested (so may not be safe) but how about Hoodia Slimquick for Women.
Heres the link: http://www.fitflex.com/slimquick-hoodia-review.html
Otherwise, I've heard Alli (found at target, walmart, walgreens, drugstore.com) works really well if you're serious about diet and exercise.
GOOD luck (:
It is impossible to lose weight and build muscle at the same time b/c to lose weight you have to be in a caloric deficit and to build muscle you have to be in a caloric surplus. I would suggest losing weight first and not worrying about protein intake and then when you have eliminated your body fat, up the protein content to 1 gram per pound of LEAN body mass (what you would weigh if you had no fat).
Three steps that have really helped me are dieting, exercising, and the correct weight loss supplement for losing weight. Focus on those three things and you will lose weight considerably. I exercise 30 mins a day along with taking Proactol, a natural weight loss supplement that I saved money on at theweightlossplace.com
Good luck and stay focused = )
The Paleo diet is the ONLY diet. My allergies have all but vanished, my health improved, my energy increased, it even brought my hypoglycemia under control. Oh, and during the first year of eating strictly Paleo, I lost 60 pounds. . . without exercising. No effort, my body shed the pounds and one year later I have kept them off.
this is how i lost my 20 pds so far, 10 more to go

Do you want to lose weight?
Yes this will work. As a U.S.Marine, I run 3 miles Monday, Wednesday, Friday. On Tuesday and Thursday I run in full combat gear 7 to 10 miles. This keeps me a lean mean fighting machine. Run at a pace that you can carry on a conversation. Don't jog but run. Jogging is hard on your joints.Running is a smoother, more fluid motion.
However, before you undertake a exercise regimen, have a MD give you a good cardiovascular physical. If you have not been physically active, start out with a shorter run or even walking. Your age and weight are other factors to consider. If you are young and reasonably fit, you may start at a different exertion level than if you are older or obese. Don't over do it at first, and be consistent. You may see some weight loss in as little as a week. Muscle weighs 5x as much as fat, so as you excercise and lose fat, you will build muscle and possibly stop losing weight, but will lose inches.
Instead of driving to work I walk there. It takes me 20 minutes each day. If you can't do that, maybe you use lifts?
Then get off one floor earlier and walk the last bit.,.. it is only a few steps but doing them over and over will make you that extra bit fitter and then maybe you might want to get off two floor earlier.
You can also start drinking water only. These are all small steps but they work, the main point is sticking to these steps and adding more and more until you will be just fit.
