    • Rule 3 – Prepare Your Meals at Home: You guessed it – restaurants and cafes load your food up with a whole lot of tasty stuff that might taste great, but adds pounds! When you prepare your own food, you control what goes in and what stays out! Prepare your meals at home and your body will burn more fat – anybody can do it!

    • Rule 4 – Rotation of Foods: In rule 1, we say you need to
    manipulate calories and you do that by rotating your protein and
    carb foods according to our custom schedule. Our schedule was developed as a direct response to how our bodies work, and by

    • Rule 5 – Plain Food is Better: The plainer your meals are, generally the more it will help you in your quest for weight loss. Unfortunately, tasty means fatty, and that goes for low fat foods too! Avoid the condiments and force your body to burn more fat – anybody can do it!

    • Rule 6 – Know When to STOP: You have to know when to stop
    eating at the right time. There is a simple, easy way of knowing
    when to stop eating, and that is when you feel satisfied. It’s good

    • Rule 8 – Drinking Water to Burn Fat: Maximize your weight loss

    • Rule 9 – Walking: The media may have screamed, “Exercise until you DROP!” but it is officially the case that to lose weight, excessive

    fat – anybody can do it!

    • Rule 10 – Stop looking for “Fat-Free” Foods and Avoid the Sweet Stuff: Contrary to what the media has said, “fat-free” can still make you fat if it’s too sweet, because sugar makes you fat! Cut out the fat-free cakes, fat-free candy, fat-free chocolate – it will make you fat! Eliminate the fat-free, sweet foods from your diet and eat only
    foods that are low in sugar. Stick to this rule, and your body will burn more fat – anybody can do it!

    It’s one thing to live healthy, and another thing to look good. It’s more complicated than that. Even tho he’s right about SOME of the things, he still doesn’t know what the hell is he talking about. Go ask few questions in a bodybuilding forum about metabolism and muscle recovery – you are going to get ROFL’d, cause it’s something that you have to know as a child knows his name.

    Wow congrats on heatin gright and getting excellent results. But never fear there's a way to get your body into shape and fast. I work out at LA Fitness 3 days a week and i skip the machines! What i do is "BODY WORKS" It's an intence full body workout. The class is an hour long and it's very fun. I make sure that i'm at the fron t of the class for the best results ( so i can hear and see everything that the instructor does). If you dont want to get a gym membership, the best thing i would recommend is getting a workout video and do it at home! i promise you that a body works class will whip you into shape really fast. By the way good luck with that!

    There are several methods I’m sure. Perhaps some supplements work, most don’t, clinics, trainers, exercise.. blah blah… As someone who has lost weight and kept it off… EAT RIGHT, DRINK WATER CONSTANTLY, GET REST, EXERCISE MORE!!! The inches will fall off, if not, then #1 your eating wrong. Sugars, fats, candy and ice Cream.. FAIL!!!

    The reason your skin is loose is because it's been stretched and there's no more fat left there (at least not enough).

    In order to shape up, you either have to build muscle or get excess skin removed surgically. Some times there's just no other way.

    The healthiest choice is always to combine cardiovascular exercises with weightlifting to meet your fitness goals. If you aren't willing to dedicate the time to it, I don't know what results you hope to achieve.

    For your cardio exercises you don't want a slight "burn" you want to get your heart rate up, and keep it up. That's how you strengthen the heart and lungs. For muscle building, you have to put the muscles under stress and make sure you're getting the proper nutrients and recovery periods to stimulate hypertrophy.

    I don't know what your fitness level is at and I don't know what your goals are, but in both activities you want to utilize as many muscle groups as possible as well as give maximum and consistent effort through your work out routines. They work best when they're alternated so that you don't get burnt out and to help promote muscle growth. Muscle itself is much denser than fat so it takes up much less space, but it also burns lots of calories to build and also burns lots of calories to maintain, your body will want to burn to maintain muscle so long as you have a healthy diet and remain active. If you have a poor diet and remain inactive, your body will switch priorities.

    If you're young, your skin should have some natural elasticity left and should work to conform with your body's changes even if it didn't keep up with the weight loss so far. If you're getting on in years, I really do think surgery is the answer for a problem that then becomes more cosmetic than health related.

    The Paleo diet is the ONLY diet. My allergies have all but vanished, my health improved, my energy increased, it even brought my hypoglycemia under control. Oh, and during the first year of eating strictly Paleo, I lost 60 pounds. . . without exercising. No effort, my body shed the pounds and one year later I have kept them off.

    @lookingtotomorrow buy 1.5 litre-bottles of water. Drink at least one daily. Start any dynamic sport you like ( tennis, soccer, basketball etc) and combine it with working out in a gym. e.g. Also stop eating junk food, but eat any normal food you enjoy, just in smaller portions. Start ENJOYING those changes as your new way of life. Live it in the now or else its pointless.

    Take it as your way of life, not just some means to an end. :)

    Normally when it comes to weight loss, your skin typically/eventually loses all that flab. I don't really have the same problem you do, but there's this one excercise video set that I absolutely love. It's called P90X. I'm sure you have heard of it, but it is AWESOME i swear I could start to see a six pack after like the first time I used it.

    By the way: that is AMAZING that you have lost that much weight! I am so happy for you! :D :D :D :D :D
