Why they will have to insure that everyone will be guaranteed fairness and justice by rationing your gas and mandating that you only purchase your gas from Obama Oil. You will be able to purchase your allotted 10 gallons every two days at the non holiday months price of $33 a gallon. All months that have a holiday, you will be allowed to purchase 15 gallons every two days at the holiday price set at $55 a gallon.

This is true. HOWEVER, the creation of Universal Health care causes the costs of the still private health care system to rise sharply to the point where only the rich can afford it. As a result, poor and middle classes are forced out of necessity to turn towards the Universal Heath Care system.
Tort reform might, or might not help. But would it hurt? Isn't it a good idea to try more moderate measures like tort reform before going to socialized medicine?
And tort reform would only be a part of the equation.
