-Do not eat any junk food

And don&#039;t be afraid to stray on occasion. I mean, do you want to spend your teen years, stuck on a diet? Haha, no, didn&#039;t think so. But maintaining a HEALTHY diet is a good thing. So what you have is pretty good. And for milk, stay around skim and 1%.</description>
