Help answer the question about weight diet

Will not using all my daily points allowance on the weight watchers diet have a negative effect?
I've recent started doing the weight watchers diet at home and counting points. I'm allowed 21 points a day, but usually only using around 16 (and not feeling hungrey). I'm doing a 1 hour of exercise every other day and walking my dog every day. Will the fact that I'm not using all my daily points have a negative effect, as the first week of the diet I lost 3 lbs and the second week I did not lose or gain any points?
Thanks for any advise.

    What you need to do is ditch this Anne Collins thing and go to a weight loss spa. I went to Fitness Ridge Weight Loss Spa in St. George, UT and lost 34 pounds in 4 weeks. Great hiking and terrific staff.

    Stop wasting your time with this Anne Collins stuff.

    Your diet sounds good, just make sure you stay away from cokes. If you choose diet coke, make sure its only once or twice a week at the most. If you are hungry, then eat. thats the most important part. Your a wise girl though, so you know to just eat a portion and not the whole loaf of bread lol. Drink more water as well, this helps a lot. If you are already doing that on the treadmill, id change it to a walk/jog. Jog till your tired, walk a bit, then jog again off and on like that. burn a lot more calories that way. Since you are at a very low body weight already, its going to take a lot more to burn calories. Doing the jog/walk thing will burn about 500 an hour.

    That's a good diet plan; but do you need to even lose weight? You are probably just over reacting! But if not, that will work, just don't eat any junk food, and try to eat an apple a day.

    First off, you're really tall, i must say.

    Now to the point. Don't run every day. Give yourself a day or two of rest. But other than that, good plan.

    And don't necessarily go too much on a diet. Like what you are eating and drinking isn't all too bad with all the working out and such. And don't forget, when it comes to bread and sandwiches, try to stick to whole wheat and for lunch meats, stay far away from bologna. And don't forget your fruits! Nor your vegetables! And don't be afraid to stray on occasion. I mean, do you want to spend your teen years, stuck on a diet? Haha, no, didn't think so. But maintaining a HEALTHY diet is a good thing. So what you have is pretty good. And for milk, stay around skim and 1%.

    Well to lose weight you have to burn more calories than you take in.

    So instead of walking I'd fast pace walk or jog. You need to get the heart pumping.

    -do cardio for 30-1hr per day…
    -drink lots of water (up to 64 oz)…
    -reduce the sugar and salt intake
    -Have more fiber (25grams) so you get all that "poop" thats stuck haha sorry
    -crunches (30 per day)
    -Dont overfill your stomach!
    -Do not eat any junk food
    -Green tea
