Since a lot of manual workers have problems with their backs due to excessive stress, exercises for lower back pain can help them a lot if they learn how to do them correctly.

<p>A lot of people don’t understand that a great way for back pain relief is fitness exercises, not taking pills without working at all. If you want another way to fix your problems, lower back exercises can help you get rid of the pain or at least reduce it.

Your pain will disappear faster if you exercise on a regular basis, as this will also improve flexibility and strengthen the muscles. All these benefits contribute to the reduction of chances of an acute back pain attack happening.

There are two components of exercises that can be done for lower back pain. First is the increased flexibility and strength, plus the body conditioning overall. You can get your body in great condition if you do some cardiovascular exercises (biking, walking or swimming) on a regular basis.

Your lower back will also improve if you lose some of the extra weight. In the beginning you should start slow, but in time you should get to 20-40 minutes of exercise in each session, with 3-5 sessions per week.

The second component of these exercises will make your back muscles more powerful and flexible. Besides your lower back, exercises will also improve your other muscles and abdominals.

With exercise you will be able to keep the back of the thigh loose, which decreases the chance of injury.

You should talk with your doctor if you want to do these exercises, to make sure it’s safe for you to do them, and to recommend a specialist that can take care of you.

an easy solution is splits you dont have to go down all the way but try to get down farther every time you ex- hale flexability takes a while to get so go at your own pace and dont pull anything :)

I know someone who had scoliosis and the doctor told him to climb rope. He got so strong that he could climb it several times using just his hands. It strengthened the muscles in his back and he no longer has scoliosis.

My girlfriend just started a Belly-Dancercise program and she is making money. It is easy, low cost program that combines easy, modified belly dance moves with music and exercise. The entire concept is fantastic.
Also, Belly-Dancercise is not a franchise — it's better than that because she does not owe royalties or fees. She teaches Belly-Dancercise in her house and the local gym is adding her program too. Another cool thing is that we want to take a cruise and she is looking into teaching the program on the ship. I think the professional package is under $200 (a special).
You can find it here: http://www.bellydancercise.com or at Belly Dance College: http://www.bellydancecollege.com Check them out.

leg lifts…lie down and cross ur hand and put them under ur butt (so it doesnt hurt) and then lift your legs 6 inches

i think its more intense if u are in the same position as she is,full palms on the ground though, and alternate legs as fast u can, almost as if ur running but with ur palms on the ground.
