		<description>You need to give it time. you will not see anything is just to weeks. it will take a month for others to see it, then for you to really see a change it will take about 2 months. just give it time, and if walking does seem to help then add that in to your work out as well. And yes squats are one of the best for the butt.</description>

If squats and lunges hurt your knees you can try using a stairmaster on a high level for additional cushion on your knees, or try using a smith machine. U can also try bodyweight squats, lunges, etc. If your knees continue to hurt it could be mild tendinitis/bursitis. Try icing your knees after exercise and wear a knee band for support when you exercise. If all else fails see an orthopedic doc.
