Exercise to shape your butt!

Want to get a better shaped butt? One way of getting more roundness and shape to your butt is by exercising. Not just any exercising, but exercises that target on the usage of your butt muscles. Everyday exercising is important an important part, jogging, walking and other sports and activities are good for your health and for the shape of your butt. This kind of basic fitness exercising will shape your behind to some extent, but if you want truly to get bigger and better shaped behind, you need to do different butt exercises.
What this really means is that you need to do exercising with weights. Weight training is the key to muscle growth and the way to get best and fastest results. Quality goes over quantity, you might see different advices and workouts to shape your butt, where there are hundreds of repetitions suggested to do. This is completely false, the best glutes building results you can get is by doing short 10 -15 repetition sets with as big weights as you can use. You also shouldn’t do exercising everyday. You should take a rest day between workouts, this is the way your muscles will have the time to recover, which is important for muscle, and in this case your butt muscle, growth.
So why is it important to get bigger butt muscles? You most likely don’t want to look like a bodybuilder, though. The reason for bigger butt muscles is that the muscle underneath the fat and skin is the one to give the shape to your behind. Bigger glutes mean rounder and better shaped butt. If you fear of looking too bulky there is no need to be afraid, all I can say is that you can’t become a bodybuilder by accident.
Just start exercising and doing different butt exercises and you are on your way of getting a better shaped butt.

What is the best video game exercise/fitness program?Need to exercise, thought if there is a good video game that would get "fat butt" off the couch that would help! What can you recommend?








Lunges and reverse leg raises, also try side leg raises on the floor to give a more round shape
Doing Vertical Lunges by putting your foot on at least a 2-foot step and bursting upwards and slowly back down, and alternating. You also can do it while holding weights, as you get better.
This will make your butt go north instead of south to really fit out those jeans nicely!

1) The first exercise to help shape your butt is the squat. Stand with feet parallel and shoulder-width apart. Slowly lower your hips, making sure not to let your knees go past your toes.
These will probably make you sore at first. Start with 20 of these a day until you are more comfortable and then slowly work up, adding 5 to 10 squats a day.
2) The next exercise is lunges. With your feet parallel and hip-distance apart, take a giant step forward. Slowly lower your body, bending both knees, no further than 90 degrees, keeping your front knee aligned with your front ankle.
Leave yourself in this position for a minute, or more if its comfortable. Then rotate legs and repeat.
3) The last exercise is leg lifts. Lie on your side then lift your upper leg and turn it out in the hip socket. Keep your body as still as possible and move your leg up and down, lifting from the upper thigh. Roll over and repeat with the other leg.
Start with 20 repetitions and slowly build yourself up by adding 5-10 reps a day.
4) Walking is also great exercise to work out your glute muscles. If you have access to equipment, treadmills, stair machines, arc trainers and elliptical trainers are great. If not, go out and take a walk, or try walking up and down stairs.
Making sure you eat healthy is important on top of exercise to give you a great looking butt. Avoid those McDonald's cheeseburgers!
Do not overdo it. You don't want to injure yourself by pushing yourself.
Take it slowly and build up.

wow this is bad cardio 10 seconds break way lone break for only 20 seconds besides this workout would be better if u just did mountain climbers for 20 seconds 3-7 seconds rest okay but 10 is pushin it depending on where you are starting
Go rock climbing in an indoor gym. You will work out every part of your body and it does wonders for the rear end… plus its loads of fun
squats are great and lunges are too.

If squats and lunges hurt your knees you can try using a stairmaster on a high level for additional cushion on your knees, or try using a smith machine. U can also try bodyweight squats, lunges, etc. If your knees continue to hurt it could be mild tendinitis/bursitis. Try icing your knees after exercise and wear a knee band for support when you exercise. If all else fails see an orthopedic doc.

You need to give it time. you will not see anything is just to weeks. it will take a month for others to see it, then for you to really see a change it will take about 2 months. just give it time, and if walking does seem to help then add that in to your work out as well. And yes squats are one of the best for the butt.

i think its more intense if u are in the same position as she is,full palms on the ground though,and alternate legs as fast u can,almost as if ur running but with ur palms on the ground.

2>lunge
3>hamstring curl
4>bench step ups
I’d give 5 years off my life just to be with her for 5 minutes.
