However, a half an hour of exercise is usually the recommended norm, so if you are a beginner, try skipping rope for half an hour on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Then alternate with half an hour of running on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. On Sunday, if this is your day off, combine both activities, or go for a walk instead.</description>
