    Free Diet Do's:

Eat small, frequent meals throughout the day

Each meal should contain protein, fat and carbohydrates

Reduce intake of sugar and high starch carbohydrates (bread, rice, potatoes and pasta) at night

Increase intake of fruits, vegetables and fiber

    Free Diet Helpful Hints:

One of the most important keys to following a successful nutritional program is preparation. Keep healthy food available for each meal to prevent simply eating what is convenient. Give your free diet some thought and plan out what you want to eat for each meal and snack during the day. Prepare foods in bulk, if necessary, for each week. Also remember that the way in which you prepare foods is just as important as the food that you choose. Choose baking, broiling and grilling over frying and stay away from rich sauces.

    Free Diet Food Choices:

PROTEIN SOURCES : Chicken , Turkey , Fish, and Lean Red Meats, Low Fat Dairy (milk, yogurt, cheese, cottage cheese, and egg whites)

CARBOHYDRATE SOURCES : Vegetables, Fruits, and Grains

FAT SOURCES : Olive Oil, Canola Oil, Olives, Nuts, and Avocado

    FREE DIET

    Breakfast:

2 Burritos-1 whole egg and 3 additional egg whites, scrambled with ¼ cup shredded mozzarella. Divide up to make two burritos. You can use either corn or flour tortillas.

    Snack:

½ turkey sandwich on whole wheat with lettuce, tomato and mustard. One piece of fruit.

    Lunch:

6-8 ounces of grilled chicken, turkey, fish or lean red meat with a large baked potato or ¾ cup of cooked rice.

    Snack:

Choice of Balance Bar or 8-ounce cup of low-fat yogurt/cottage cheese. You may have 1 piece of fruit with the yogurt or cottage cheese.

    Dinner:

6-8 ounces of grilled chicken, turkey, fish or lean red meat with 1 cup steamed vegetables and large salad with low-fat dressing.

Eating smart with the daily walking sounds good:

The natural “diet”: Eat, drink, and be merry

Eat smart – well-balanced meals, cut out any unnecessary calories (snacking just because), eat when you are hungry (grumbling stomach, hunger pains) and only eat until you are satisfied (not a bite more), 5-6 smaller meals is better than 3 larger ones. Also, stop eating 2-3 hours before bed – you should be slightly hungry at bed time

Drink plenty of water, not only to stay hydrated, but its important for weight loss, including helping the muscles tone and suppressing hungry. (Tip – the lighter your urine the more hydrated you are.)

Be merry – in other words exercise, not only is it needed for weight loss, it releases chemicals in your brain and makes you more happy (some of it is addicting which is known to a lot as “runner’s high”). 30 minutes of cardio is recommended daily, and a good work out program uses cardio and weight training (even if it’s just toning – light weights, more reps). Do something you enjoy and it will be easier to stick it out.

If you are really heavy ; i would not recommend running as that would damage your ankles, feet and joints.
Walking is the best bet to begin with followed by a sensible diet of course.
Simply include more fruits , vegetables and fibre. Another? trick is to consume plenty of clean drinking water and some vitamins.
This all will allow you to loose weight naturally and fast with no yo-yo dieting effect.
Supplement your diet with some weight loss supplements and you will loose more.

whoa, time to lose a bit right! I would say you could have a protein shake at dinner, and then regular meals (but at half the size) at breakfast and lunch. For snacks only eat fruit.

what i have to do i dont understand ?!?!?! what to eat????

  11. paul says:

plenty of fruit and vegies. High protein gives you energy and stops you snacking. Just cut out rubbish and eat three good meals and you will be fine especially if you are exercising as well.

To make it simple, there is a shake diet you can get on. It'll make sure your getting the nutrition you need. Its especially important when training. Its simple cuz you dont have to worry about recipes or counting calories. Works for me. Heres the website I get mine http://www.shopherbalife.com/ucandoit And as far as workouts, when I was in high school I use to put some weights on my shoulders and do jump lunges. This helped me be quicker and dunk my senior year. Building muscle would be good during the office season, and closer to the season all you have to do is condition. If your building, theres also a protein drink thats good on that site.

Keep up this and you'll shed those pounds pretty soon!Just eat a 100 calories less then your normal meal. You shouldn't go on a carb diet, you need to eat all types of foods, try changing what you eat every 3 days and you will lose weight about 11 pounds in 2-3 weeks. I'm not sure it was something on Google that you had to pay for but those are the guidelines! And remember not to go on any fad diets!Don't starve yourself!
Good Luck!I hope this info helps!
