Diet Foods Bad

“The history of diet plan dated from the moment that the first monkey evoluted to be a lady”. My confidant jessica always says so. Wow, you may get the point. Just as what she says, her “process of becoming beauty” turns out to be a long long road like the human being evolution history.
When we were sophomore, I had to catch her back to our dormitory from square, because this guy actually asked me such questions, “wil, why are there so much candy floating on ground? Are they sweety? Could I have them?”. Well, you couldn’t eat them until you became transformer. I told myself. What could I do? The only thing was to buy real candy and huge hamburgs feeding this extreme hungry girl having no food for three days!
Then the next time, I saved her life from endless jogging and aerobic training. After that, jessica experiences differential “keep-fit” programs, and I go through kinds of rescue stories.
The only result I get from jessica’s lession is that losing weight is really really hard, and beauty is cruel. I comfort myselt that it is not bad to be Ugly Betty, at least I could be safe and I am alive.
Yet one day, jessica turns up again, glamorously and brightly. No baby fat, no laziness, but body tight and healthy!
I even couldn’t believe my eyes. What have you met? A generous orthopedic surgeon?
She smiles mysteriously, and gives me the data. What is it? I read it with suspicion at first. Yet during the process of reading, I am really convinced of by Isabel De Rios. Yes, that is the truth of beauty—no harm for health, and be energetic.
Then I do some detailed study on The Diet Solution Program, Isabel De Rios’ theory. I find that two new viewpoints bright Diet Solution Program.
The first is that you are what you eat. Of course we eat everyday, and acquire energy from food. Yet maybe people don’t know that some food are good—nutritional for them; some food are bad—harmful for them. The Diet Solution Program tells people how to choose food, and what and when to eat.
The second is to free people’s nature, so they could design their own diet plans on different circumstances. It means that people will not obey strict rules, for example people could only have one apple a day, or the calories is less than 100. Otherwise the diet plan would be failed!
To be frank, I have never met such easy and useful the diet solution program. Only a few days later. I feel the whole body is full of energy, the fat disappears, even the pores on face is smaller.
What a magic program! You could read the ebook here , and another beautiful one for yourself.

The foundation of all alkaline diets is to of course alkalize the body by consuming alkalizing foods! I personally have found that green juice is the best way to alkalize your body and feed your cells with fructose… ONLY the type of fructose that one would find in the form of whole, juiced or blended tree-ripened fruits. The extracted & processed form of fructose that you might see listed in processed foods is NOT a healthy choice. Don’t be afraid to ask the produce manager at the store to sample the fruits before buying them, so you can make sure they are good. They will gladly allow you to do this… especially if you are nice!
Prioritize on being able to afford high quality food for yourself, as you are worth it! It is much better to spend money on building healthy, functioning cells for your own body, instead of later having to pay even more in doctors and hospital bills! You will be removing obstructions that potentially had been clogging up your thyroid gland, adrenals, thymus gland, and your heart… which all could have experienced some calcification with hydrogenated oils, starchy carbohydrates, spices & food additives which are really just acidic chemicals! These chemicals might stimulate in ways that temporarily feel good to your taste buds & your energy level, but they also create scarring inside the body’s tissues… which then leads to inflammation… & then potentially to what is known as a ‘disease.’ In the raw food paradigm, we seek to put out the …
Help answer the question about diet food
What should I be eating of as a good diet food?I started working out 45min a day 5 times a week, and at first I would just starve myself, I would eat like an apple and some juice, for the day. I lost weight, but once the weekend hit I totally caved, and I was like oh well I can just diet again once the week starts, but I would really like to know what food and how much of it I should eat. Thank you so much!
(If this is of any help my height is 5'9'' and my weight is 160, I would like to weigh 130)

@snwbordface But the thing about tea is that boiling it puts the goodness from the leaves and into the water. If the water is too cold then the leaves will retain the nutrients and the water will have nothing. Unlike the raw foods, you don’t eat the leaves, therefore, heating it us is fine. This of it as wanting to get the nutrients out of a vegetable that is prickly and not edible and the only way to get the goodness is to extract them. Like gaining the lost vitamins from steaming. Tea is fine.
Dan you’re the coolest guy, can ya dig it!. lol
No it won't contribute directly to weight gain, if your diet is less than your expenditure then you won't gain weight. that being said, they say that those substitute foods do increase your desire for food (though i've never noticed it) and ussually diet foods come with high sodium levels (this can be countered with extra water intake), in addition they have negative affects on your endocrine system (though it's extremely minimial because there are very few calories) which makes losing fat a little more difficult if your eating a lot of diet foods, but you wouldn't notice.
Typically though from a dietary standpoint diet soda is low in calories and will help you lose weight if you have good willpower. as far as health is concerned they increase risk for a variety of health issues.
edit: If the diet food DOES have calories (I was thinking of diet stuff that had zero calories like diet soda) then they would have a more noticable affect on your endocrine system, they would be probably higher GI which means if your not exercising around the time you eat them your weight loss will be more catabolic (muscle loss).
Nothing beats whole foods.
It's called will power. Learn it of fail.
My family is the same way and i can still resist.

Rock on. Great Video. I hope to see more.
Well most Science Diet dog food is not vet prescription.
I don't know a single good feature to it, but the bad is listed right on the ingredient list:

I suppose the good to prescription vet diets is they CAN be helpful, though the bad is their generally junk food with bad, unhealthy ingredients.
I also had high cholesterol when I started the Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle program. Eating 5-6 small meals a day with whole grains, chicken/tuna/salmon/tilapia, and TONS of veggies & water not only dropped my weight, but knocked 50 points off my cholesterol. Salmon is high in omega-3 fatty acids which are very good for your cholesterol.
My Dr asked me what I was doing to drop it and I told her I started eating! My diet was horrible before… skipping meals, fast food when I did eat, drinking my dinner.
luv u dan
Gastritis and heartburn ? no problem,
You gotta cleanse your system , than eat an Organic mostly raw diet ! Eat slowly, chew your food well, combine your foods carefully etc.
you gotta do the common sense basics , with lots of Juicing
What you should do is just cut down on your fatty foods intake and sugar intake. The best thing to do is just cut down on your portions. Leave the breakfast/lunch/dinner table a little bit hungry. Drink plenty of water and excercise on a regular basis (4-5 times a week). You need protein, just not a lot of it. Don't have a 12 oz. steak at a restaurant. Order just a 6 oz. one. Same with carbohydrates. Your body needs them to stay healthy.
Just cut down on your food intake and you'll see results.
I saw that episode, too…how gross and misguided was that!? LOL
Most people I know that have a raw food diet are strict vegetarians — no meat, no dairy and no eggs ever. Raw tends to mean both uncooked AND unprocessed. It is also typically organic.
All meat is processed…after all, you can't really eat chicken in its natural form like you would an apple! So, as far as I understand *real* raw foodism, meat just doesn't fit into the picture in any way.
@DJTonyAllen
Amazing, thanks for sharing . Sounds like you should do a video on your fasting experience and get in more in depth about it
im sure there would be LOTS of people very interested in hearing alot more on what youd have to share about it, including myself.
Juice fasting and feasting is popular now and obviously a wonderful thing, but going as long as you have on Water is quite a rare achievement these days.
haha nice you shaved you neck beard.
until now i thought that was the difference between an office beard and an outdoor beard!

The main reason is the sugar content and the calories. You will not gain weight if you do eat the vitamin A foods in moderation. Here is a list of the top Vitamin A foods.
liver
sweet potatos
carrots
mangoes
spinach
cantaloupe
dried apricots
milk
egg yolks
mozzarella cheese
These snowy ones are my faves from Dan the man cos of the atmosphere. The first one I saw a few months ago was the beauty contest one, and I thought, oh well, I’ll do him the favour, but it turned out too complicated for me, and forgot about it.
Luckily I found him again
