		<description>Ugh, ignor that first jerk, I hate people like that. Don&#039;t you worry girlfriend, try weight watchers points system. You can still eat but just keep within your points range, plus theres meetings with lots opf support and encouragement.

Keep your determination strong, make healthy choices and keep active, don&#039;t let anyones rude comments put you down. Either way, you&#039;re beautiful and you will succeed.

grape fruit does too
do not eat after 6pm
dont forget the 2litrs of water a day
atleast 1hr of working out (cardio) everyday 7 days a week.. well 15kg in a month, u should workout an hr everyday,,,
Ummm watelse.. eat a fist only of protein.. fish is the best... fish and veggies thats ofcourse lunch......</description>
